Insurance Coverage for Acupuncture 

Now In-Network with Regence Plans! 

As of April 1st, 2015 I am an in-network provider with Regence. Most Regence plans provide acupuncture coverage. It is best to confirm your coverage before coming in for an appointment. If you need help with this I am more than happy to look up the details of your benefits for you. Some plans have coverage but you need to meet your deductible amount first, other plans waive the deductible amount. Last year Regence began requiring prior authorization before treatment for some plans, usually approving 4 treatment at a time. This is not required for federal employee plans (FEP) or Uniform Medical plans.
