Due to current circumstances, I am temporarily closing my practice to do my part in supporting the health of our community. I look forward to things getting back to normal and being able to see my patients again.

I will make sure to continue to post updates regarding business hours, rescheduling, and resuming treatments. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns in the meantime. Also, please feel free to reach out for help if you are feeling you need support during this stressful time, I am happy to be a resource and/or provide recommendations.

Be safe out there.

Health & Safety Notice COVID-19

Although you may feel well, exposure is still a risk to others who have a weakened immune system, especially the elderly. If you believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19, the recommendation is to self-quarantine for 14 days and to contact your local Department of Public Health.

If you do not feel you have been exposed, your best defense to avoid exposure is to:
•Frequently wash your hands with hot water and soap for 20 seconds
•Avoid touching your face
•Avoid crowded areas and follow current social distancing recommendations
•Maintain your health with a balanced diet, regular exercise, and adequate sleep
•Stay hydrated
